  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions, then drain.
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop into pieces.
  3. In a saucepan, melt the butter and stir in the flour to create a roux.
  4. Add the milk to the roux gradually, whisking until smooth.
  5. Stir in the cheese until melted and smooth, then add the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  6. Combine the macaroni and bacon with the cheese sauce, mixing well.
  7. Transfer to a baking dish and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
