  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in apple cider, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, and sour cream until combined.
  5. Pour the filling into the crust and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until set. Let it cool before chilling in the refrigerator.
  7. Garnish with whipped cream and additional apple slices before serving.
