  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the pork loin with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, and sear the pork on all sides.
  4. Transfer the pork to a baking dish, and pour apple cider over it.
  5. Bake for about 1 hour until the pork is cooked through.
