Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a greased springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  6. In a separate bowl, combine diced apples, cinnamon, flour, brown sugar, oats, and nuts. Spread over the cream cheese layer.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until set and golden.
  8. Let it cool before removing from the springform pan.
