BAKED FETA PASTA RECIPE

This baked feta pasta recipe combines creamy feta cheese with roasted tomatoes for a quick and satisfying meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 pound pasta of choice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the feta cheese and cherry tomatoes in a baking dish.
  3. Add minced garlic, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes or until tomatoes burst and feta is golden.
  5. Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  6. Combine the baked feta and tomatoes with the pasta, adding a little pasta water if needed.
