Ingredients

  • 1 cup liquid egg whites
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the rolled oats, egg whites, Greek yogurt, baking powder, and vanilla extract until combined.
  3. Fold in the cooked turkey bacon.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing into bowls.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add cinnamon or nutmeg to the mixture.
  • These bowls can be topped with fresh fruit or maple syrup if desired.
