  • 6 slices turkey bacon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wrap each scallop with a piece of turkey bacon and secure with a toothpick.
  3. In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place the wrapped scallops on a baking dish and drizzle the olive oil mixture over them.
