Banana Muffins

These banana muffins are the perfect treat for any occasion. They are easy to make, incredibly moist, and absolutely delicious. Enjoy them fresh out of the oven or save them for later!

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.
  3. Stir in the melted butter into the mashed bananas.
  4. Mix in the beaten egg and vanilla extract.
  5. Sprinkle the baking soda and salt over the mixture and stir to combine.
  6. Add the sugar and mix well.
  7. Finally, add the flour and mix until just combined.
  8. Pour the batter into a greased muffin tin.
  9. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Allow to cool before serving.

  • For added flavor, you can mix in nuts or chocolate chips.
