  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork.
  3. Add the melted butter to the mashed bananas and mix.
  4. Stir in the sugar, egg, and vanilla extract.
  5. Add the baking soda and salt, and mix well.
  6. Mix in the flour until just combined. Do not overmix.
  7. Fold in the chopped walnuts.
  8. Pour the batter into a greased muffin tin.
  9. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
