  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas and mix in the melted butter.
  3. Stir in baking soda and salt.
  4. Add sugar, egg, and vanilla extract to the mixture and blend well.
  5. Mix in the flour until just combined, then fold in the chopped walnuts.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
