  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mash the bananas in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Add the oats, honey, almond milk, peanut butter, baking powder, and vanilla extract to the bowl.
  4. Mix until well combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into muffin liners.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
