  • 1 cup cookie butter
  • 2 cups cream cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 package vanilla wafers
  • 2 tablespoons banana pudding mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the cookie butter and cream cheese until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream with the powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  4. Fold the whipped cream into the cookie butter mixture.
  5. Add the mashed bananas, vanilla extract, and banana pudding mix, then mix gently.
  6. Layer vanilla wafers at the bottom of a springform pan.
  7. Pour half of the cheesecake mixture over the wafers and repeat with another layer of wafers and the remaining cheesecake.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes or until set, then cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
