Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha to create the bang bang sauce.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken thighs until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  3. Remove the chicken and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it.
  4. In individual bowls, add a scoop of cooked rice, followed by steamed broccoli, sliced chicken, and drizzle generously with the bang bang sauce.
  5. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes
