  • 1 lb salmon fillets
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 2 cups mixed greens
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, lime juice, and garlic powder to create the Bang Bang sauce.
  3. Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces and place them on a baking tray.
  4. Drizzle half of the Bang Bang sauce over the salmon and toss to coat.
  5. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through.
  6. To assemble the bowls, place a scoop of rice, some mixed greens, and the baked salmon bites in each bowl.
  7. Drizzle the remaining Bang Bang sauce on top and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can adjust the spiciness of the sauce by adding more or less sriracha.
  • For a healthier option, substitute mayonnaise with Greek yogurt.
