- 1 lb salmon fillets
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 2 cups mixed greens
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, lime juice, and garlic powder to create the Bang Bang sauce.
- Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces and place them on a baking tray.
- Drizzle half of the Bang Bang sauce over the salmon and toss to coat.
- Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through.
