  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 small tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each shrimp in flour, then in egg, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Place shrimp on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  5. While shrimp bake, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha in a bowl.
  6. Warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
  7. Assemble tacos by placing shrimp in tortillas, adding shredded cabbage, and drizzling with the sauce.
  8. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve.

Notes

  • You can adjust spiciness by adding more or less sriracha in the sauce.
  • Serve with lime wedges for an extra burst of flavor.
