- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 small tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
