- 4 pounds whole chicken
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup cilantro
- 1 jalapeño, seeded
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
