Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the cottage cheese, blueberries, rolled oats, honey, eggs, vanilla, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
