  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and whisk in the milk, sugar, and vanilla.
  4. Chop the croissants and spread half in the baking dish.
  5. Add half of the cream cheese and blueberries, then layer the remaining croissants, cream cheese, and blueberries.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the layers.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
