  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix the melted butter, milk, and eggs until well combined.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Gently fold in the blueberries.
  5. Fill the muffin cups with the batter, about 3/4 full.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • For added flavor, sprinkle a little cinnamon on top before baking.
  • Feel free to substitute frozen blueberries if fresh are unavailable.
