- 1 pound chicken thighs
- 1 can coconut milk
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- In a bowl, combine coconut milk, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, lime juice, salt, and black pepper.
