This breakfast casserole combines turkey bacon and chicken ham for a delicious start to your day.

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup diced turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 2 cups diced vegetables (bell peppers, onions, etc.)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  3. Add in the cheese, turkey bacon, chicken ham, diced vegetables, salt, and pepper; mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the eggs are set.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
