A delicious and healthy breakfast option featuring egg muffins filled with turkey bacon.

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1/2 cup onions, diced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add the chopped turkey bacon, diced bell peppers, diced onions, and shredded cheese to the egg mixture.
  4. Grease a muffin tin and pour the egg mixture evenly into the cups.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the muffins are set in the middle.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before removing from the tin.
