Breakfast Pancake Poppers

Deliciously bite-sized pancake poppers featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham, perfect for breakfast or a snack!

  • 1 cup pancake mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup diced turkey bacon
  • 1/2 cup diced chicken ham
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine pancake mix, water, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  2. Stir in the diced turkey bacon, chicken ham, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat, adding a little cooking oil.
  4. Pour small portions of the batter into the skillet, cooking until bubbles form on the surface.
  5. Flip and cook until golden brown on the other side.
  6. Repeat until all batter is used.
  7. Serve warm with syrup or your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

  • For a sweeter version, add chocolate chips or fruits to the batter.
