Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup protein powder
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine almond milk, honey, peanut butter, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Form the dough into biscuits and place them on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Let cool before serving.
