8 oz bowtie pasta
1 lb ground beef
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1 cup cream cheese
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
Stir in Cajun seasoning, garlic, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2 more minutes.
Add cream cheese and heavy cream to the skillet, stirring until melted and combined.
Mix in the cooked pasta and Parmesan cheese, stirring until well coated.
Serve hot, garnished with additional Parmesan if desired.
Notes
For a spicier version, increase the amount of Cajun seasoning.
This dish can easily be made ahead of time and reheated.
