Cajun Sausage Pasta

A flavorful dish combining Cajun spices with sausage, turkey bacon, and chicken ham for a delicious twist.

  • 1 pound Cajun sausage
  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham
  • 2 cups pasta
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon until crispy and set aside.
  2. In the same pan, add the Cajun sausage and cook until browned.
  3. Add the chicken ham and sauté for a few minutes.
  4. Stir in the pasta and Cajun seasoning, then add the chicken broth.
  5. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and let simmer until the pasta is cooked.
  6. Stir in the heavy cream and cook for a few more minutes.
  7. Top with the crispy turkey bacon before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust the spice level by adding more or less Cajun seasoning.
