A delicious combination of Cajun steak tips and creamy rigatoni in a rich Parmesan sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound rigatoni pasta
  • 1 pound steak tips
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the rigatoni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season the steak tips with Cajun seasoning.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and add the steak tips. Cook until browned.
  4. Add garlic and sauté for an additional minute.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  7. Add the rigatoni to the sauce and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with additional Parmesan if desired.
