- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 3 cups diced apples
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch pan.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing until each is incorporated.
