  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 3 cups diced apples
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch pan.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing until each is incorporated.
  4. Fold in the diced apples and cinnamon into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust, then drizzle caramel sauce on top.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the center is set. Allow to cool before slicing.
  7. Drizzle additional caramel sauce on top before serving.
