  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat together sugar, eggs, and cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add in chocolate chips and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust, and swirl in caramel sauce.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes until set and edges are lightly browned.
