Cheddar Jalapeño Cornbread Waffles

Deliciously savory cornbread waffles infused with cheddar and jalapeños.

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced jalapeños

Instructions

  2. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, and melted butter.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  4. Fold in cheese and jalapeños.
