- 4 cups diced potatoes
- 1 pound smoked sausage
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine diced potatoes and olive oil. Toss to coat.
- Add ranch seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and tender.
