- 9 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt.
- Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce at the bottom of a baking dish.
- Take a lasagna noodle, add some chicken mixture, and roll it up.
- Place the rolled noodles seam side down in the baking dish.
- Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the rolls and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
