  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt.
  4. Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce at the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Take a lasagna noodle, add some chicken mixture, and roll it up.
  6. Place the rolled noodles seam side down in the baking dish.
  7. Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the rolls and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.

Notes
