  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup croutons
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken breasts in the mixture.
  3. Place the chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
  4. While the chicken is baking, prepare the salad by mixing the romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, croutons, and parmesan cheese in a large bowl.
  5. Once the chicken is done, slice it and place it on top of the salad. Serve immediately.
