Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with liners.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork.
  3. Add in the rolled oats, cocoa powder, honey, almond milk, baking powder, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  4. Scoop the mixture into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
