Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix together the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. In a separate bowl, make the crumble by mixing the brown sugar, oats, and a little flour.
  6. Scoop the muffin batter into the lined muffin tin and sprinkle the crumble topping over each muffin.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
