Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with liners.

  3. In another bowl, whisk together almond milk, oil, and egg.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips gently.
  6. Distribute the batter evenly into the muffin tin.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool before serving.
