Instructions

  1. Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. Using a spoon, scoop small dollops of cranberry sauce onto the baking sheet.
  3. Freeze the cranberry sauce dollops for at least 1 hour.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil together until smooth, stirring occasionally.
  5. Dip each frozen cranberry sauce bite into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated.
  6. Place the chocolate-covered bites back onto the parchment-lined baking sheet.
