Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with liners.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the applesauce, sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
