Cinnamon Roll Banana Bread: Soft, Sweet, and Irresistible

Cinnamon Roll Banana Bread is a delightful twist on traditional banana bread, combining soft, sweet flavors and a swirl of cinnamon.

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • pinch of salt
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.
  3. Mix in the melted butter.
  4. Add baking soda and salt, and mix well.
  5. Stir in sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until combined.
  6. Gradually add flour and mix until just incorporated.
  7. In a small bowl, combine cinnamon and brown sugar.
  8. Pour half of the batter into a greased loaf pan, sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar mixture on top, and add the remaining batter.
  9. Top with the remaining cinnamon sugar mixture.
  10. Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use dark brown sugar.
  • This bread is best served warm with butter.
