  • 2 cans cinnamon rolls
  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 6 slices chicken ham
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.
  4. Cut cinnamon rolls into quarters and place in a greased baking dish.
