  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a Bundt pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla, beating until well combined.
  4. Alternately add flour mixture and buttermilk, starting and ending with flour.
  5. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon.
  6. Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan, sprinkle with half of the cinnamon mixture, and top with remaining batter and more cinnamon mixture.
  7. Bake for 45-55 minutes. Let cool before removing from pan.
