- 4 large potatoes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp thyme
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a baking dish.
- Slice the potatoes thinly and layer half in the dish.
- Add half of the turkey bacon and chicken ham.
- Sprinkle with garlic, salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Pour half of the cream and broth over the layer.
- Repeat layers with the remaining ingredients.
