  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (e.g., mozzarella or cheddar)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add broccoli and carrots, cooking until tender.
  4. Stir in shredded chicken and crumbled turkey bacon.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and add onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Mix well and let simmer for about 5 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat and stir in shredded cheese until melted.
  8. Serve warm.
