  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tray.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
  3. Add the vegetable oil, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla to the mashed bananas and mix well.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients: cocoa powder, flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  7. Pour the batter evenly into the prepared muffin tray.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  9. Allow to cool in the tray for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
