  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Combine with the dry ingredients until just blended.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. Fill each muffin cup about two-thirds full with the batter.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool before serving.
