- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and milk.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, mixing until just blended. Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Fill each muffin cup about 3/4 full with batter.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before serving.
