- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 16 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 apples, peeled and diced
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 cup oats

- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and butter until combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of mini cheesecake pans.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla, mixing until well combined.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crusts.
- In a separate bowl, combine diced apples, cinnamon, nutmeg, oats, and flour.
- Spoon the apple mixture over the cream cheese layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set.
