Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. Add pumpkin puree, brown sugar, granulated sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract to the bowl. Mix until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, pumpkin spice, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.
