  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions
