Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 head green cabbage, shredded
  • 2 carrots, shredded
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove from skillet and chop.
  2. In the same skillet, add ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Add garlic, cabbage, and carrots to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  4. Stir in the soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, ginger, and turkey bacon. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  5. Garnish with green onions before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add chili flakes.
  • You can substitute ground turkey for the beef if desired.
